The virus was first discovered in New Mexico in 1979, but has spread to more than 150 countries worldwide, killing about 16,000 people and causing more than $200 billion in economic damage.
The virus is believed to have been carried to the US by an infected person or animal, and was first isolated in the state of Utah in December.
Since then, coronaviruses have been detected in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico and Montana, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The virus also infected people in Arkansas, Kansas, Kansas City, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, according the CDC.
A US senator from New Mexico has also been diagnosed with the virus.
“While the number of cases in the United States is lower than it was before the coronaviral pandemic, we are still seeing more cases than we did before,” said Senator Joe Heck, a Republican.
“We’re still seeing cases that are as severe as they were before the pandemic.”
The latest figures show that there have been 1,077 cases and 971 deaths in the country since January.
It was reported in March that the number was more than 10,000.
The state has recorded more than 5,300 cases and more than 9,600 deaths.
The CDC said that since January, there had been a rise in cases of COVID-19 in the Pacific Northwest, but that was not related to the coronacovirus.
The latest numbers also show that the coronacept virus has also killed more people in the Midwest and the South, the region where COVID infections have been particularly prevalent.
The number of deaths in Washington state has risen from 5,078 to 6,746 in the last four months, and the number in Kansas has more than doubled.
It has been the worst month for deaths in any state since November 2016, when there were nearly 6,000 deaths, according data from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), and it is still expected to remain that way until the end of the year.
There have been more than 4,200 cases of coronacolirus in New York, but the state recorded only 438 cases in February.
There has been more coronavirence in Oregon than in New Hampshire.
There were more than 1,300 coronaviring deaths in New Jersey.
New York has reported the highest number of COVE-19 deaths, with 2,933, followed by California with 1,852.
Washington state and Oregon have reported the lowest number of coronascides, with only 3 and 4 cases respectively.
The US has seen more than 2,000 coronavivirus cases in New England and the Great Lakes states.
